Step-by-Step: Analyze Your Sales Conversations

You can import chats from WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, or SMS (see our other guides). Once imported, switch the AI mode to "Sales" and generate insights.

Step 1: Import a Prospect Chat

  1. Open Convo and click the import option for your platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, or SMS)
  2. Select your exported file and confirm who you are in the conversation
  3. Wait for parsing—Convo processes messages locally and prepares them for analysis

Step 2: Switch to Sales Mode

  1. Open the AI panel and choose Sales
  2. Click Generate AI Insights
  3. Review the cards: Lead Qualification, Objection Analysis, Buying Signals, Next Sales Action, and Deal Summary
