Step-by-Step: Analyze Your Recruiting Conversations

You can import chats from WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, or SMS (see our other guides). Once imported, switch the AI mode to "Recruiting" and generate insights.

Step 1: Import a Candidate Chat

  1. Open Convo and click the import option for your platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, or SMS)
  2. Select your exported file and confirm who you are in the conversation
  3. Wait for parsing—Convo processes messages locally and prepares them for analysis

Step 2: Switch to Recruiting Mode

  1. Open the AI panel and choose Recruiting
  2. Click Generate AI Insights
  3. Review the cards: Candidate Clustering, Sentiment Analysis, Unanswered Questions, Candidate Summary, Skills Assessment, Engagement Analysis, and Next Follow-up

What Each Card Shows

Candidate Clustering

Identifies the candidate's role, skill level, and current stage in the hiring process for better organization and tracking.

Sentiment Analysis

Assesses candidate engagement, enthusiasm, and emotional state throughout the conversation.

Unanswered Questions

Highlights questions the candidate asked that still need follow-up or clarification.

Candidate Summary

Generates a concise summary of the candidate's background, skills, and key points for hiring managers.

Skills Assessment

Analyzes technical and soft skills mentioned by the candidate, including proficiency levels.

Engagement Analysis

Evaluates how interested and responsive the candidate appears throughout the conversation.

Next Follow-up

Provides actionable recommendations for the next steps in the recruiting process.
