Step-by-Step: Analyze Your Team Conversations

You can import chats from WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, or SMS (see our other guides). Once imported, switch the AI mode to "Team & Collaboration" and generate insights.

Step 1: Import a Team Chat

  1. Open Convo and click the import option for your platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, or SMS)
  2. Select your exported file and confirm who you are in the conversation
  3. Wait for parsing—Convo processes messages locally and prepares them for analysis

Step 2: Switch to Team & Collaboration Mode

  1. Open the AI panel and choose Team & Collaboration
  2. Click Generate AI Insights
  3. Review the cards: Action Items, Decisions, Blockers & Risks, Participation Balance, and Timelines & Deadlines
